Where can I download Kyank?
Kyank is available on the App Store and Google Play
How do I create an account?
You are able to sign up using your phone number account or Apple ID.
Do I have to pay for Kyank or is it free?
Kyank is completely free, and always will be! Memberships (Kyank Plus and Kyank Elite) are available to additional app features and accessibility options
How do I set the age that I am looking for?
You go to the menu screen > settings > age range
How does this app work?
You get a set amount of likes per day. You can choose to give a like or pass on the user. If you both give each other a like, you’ll be matched.
What happens if I am put on the waitlist?
Users on the waitlist will have their profiles manually reviewed by admin moderators to ensure all profiles meet Kyank guidelines. For quicker acceptance, make sure to follow all guidelines listed on the waitlist screen. Profiles are typically reviewed within 3 business days.
What is the Kyank BFF feature?
The BFF feature is for users’ alternative intentions beyond romantic and dating inclinations.. This is a mode exclusively to make new friends in your local area.
What is Kyank Plus?
Kyank Plus is the first tier membership option giving specific app benefits and accessibility features. Such as – more likes, second look, read messages and who has liked you. Kyank Plus gives you an added advantage while using the app.
What is Kyank Elite?
Kyank Elite is the top tier membership option giving you unlimited likes, access to direct messaging, super likes, second look, who has liked you, read messages, priority profile placement, priority likes sent. Kyank Elite is completely optional but will significantly help increase matching.
How do I cancel my Kyank Plus or Kyank Elite subscription?
Follow the below instructions to manage Apple store (iOS) subscriptions: Go to your iPhone Settings > iTunes and Apple Store > Click on your Apple ID > Scroll down and click on Manage > Subscriptions > Kyank
Follow the below instructions to manage Play Store subscriptions (Android): Go to Playstore > Kyank > Subscriptions > Cancel. Alternatively, you may use the link to below to cancel a Google Play Store subscription
How can I upgrade my membership from Kyank Plus to Kyank elite?
If you are a current Kyank Plus member and choose to upgrade to Kyank elite, your new subscription will begin immediately on the date of purchase.
For iOS, you will receive an automatic prorated refund for any remaining time on your previous Kyank Plus membership. Your new billing date will be the date of your purchase.
For Android, any remaining time on your previous Kyank Plus membership will be credited to your new subscription, and your new billing date will be able to view in your Google Play account.
What is photo commenting?
Photo Comments will always be sent as likes. Our data shows that commenting on a photo will Increase your chances to match. He or She will view the comment you left and can elect to create a match upon seeing the comment. To comment on a photo from the home screen, swipe up and the text box/keyboard will appear.

How do I manage notifications?
Go to the Menu screen > Settings > Notifications
How do I change my search preferences?
You go to the menu screen > settings > Age Range / Distance
How can I change my location?
Your location will be automatically established by your phone’s location and cannot be set manually
What is the minimum age requirement to use Kyank?
18 is the minimum age to access Kyank.
How do I send a message to someone?
As soon as there is a match made, you will be allowed to send messages by going to your inbox and selecting the matched user you wish to message. Having a Kyank Elite membership allows you send direct messages to users without having to match first
Can I undo a swipe?
Use the back arrow to go back on a disliked profile. Liked profiles cannot be undone. The back option will only appear for users that you have accidentally disliked.
How do I Report / Block someone?
On the user’s bio, you will find the REPORT button. Tapping this icon will enable a pop up allowing to report and or block a user
How do I unmatch someone?
After matching with someone, you view their profile – at the top right corner of their profile. Tapping this icon will give enable a pop up allowing for this action
How do I connect my Instagram account to my profile?
You go to the profile screen > edit profile > scroll to the bottom > type in your Instagram username
I accidentally unmatched someone. Can I restore the match?
Unfortunately, this action cannot be undone
How do I delete my profile?
You are able to delete your profile from going into the Menu screen > Settings > Delete Account
